italian tater

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 med baked potatoes

  • ½ c part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated

instructions:

  1. heat the sauce in a small saucepan.

  2. top each hot, split potato with ¼ cup of sauce and 2 T of cheese.
